Veterans Elite Contractors LLC provides professional construction and contracting services, including Asphalt, Custom Glass, Epoxy Flooring, Restoration (Fire/Water Damage), Roofing, and HVAC throughout San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, and Riverside Counties and may consider projects outside this region on a case-by-case basis.
2. Estimates and Consultations
We offer free, no-obligation site consultations and estimates.
All estimates are subject to change based on final scope of work, material choices, or structural/site conditions discovered during the project.
3. Payments and Deposits
Accepted payment methods: cash, credit card, debit card, and checks.
A deposit is typically required to schedule and begin any project, though this may vary based on project scale and custom material costs as outlined in your signed contract.
The remaining balance is due upon substantial completion of the work.
Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in your signed contract. Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Project Timelines
Project timelines are estimates only and may be adjusted based on the scope of work, material availability, permitting requirements, or unforeseen conditions.
All services are performed under a signed written agreement or contract.
5. Licensing and Insurance
Veterans Elite Contractors LLC is a licensed, bonded, and insured general contractor in the State of California.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring reasonable site access and clearance (e.g., removing vehicles, personal items, or securing pets) before work begins, unless previously arranged with us.
We require that a person aged 18 or older be present during scheduled work hours unless waived in writing by a company representative.
7. Use of Project Media
Unless otherwise requested in writing prior to project commencement, Veterans Elite Contractors LLC reserves the right to use before-and-after photos or videos of completed projects for marketing purposes, including our website and social media channels.
We will never disclose personal client information or addresses in any public marketing materials.
8. Liability Disclaimer
While we strive for the highest standards, Veterans Elite Contractors LLC is not liable for damages resulting from external factors, such as faulty plumbing, electrical systems, or misuse of remodeled spaces. Furthermore, we are not responsible for determining, interpreting, or guaranteeing the customer’s insurance policy coverage, claim approval, or payment amounts. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific contracted project.

9. Termination and Cancellations
Clients may cancel services prior to project commencement, but deposits may be non-refundable if custom materials have already been purchased, non-recoverable permitting fees have been paid, or substantial work has begun.
Veterans Elite Contractors LLC also reserves the right to terminate a project if terms of the signed contract are violated by the client, including non-payment.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Diego County, CA.
11. Changes to Terms
Veterans Elite Contractors LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
